Ingredients

  • 2 cups low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder chocolate
  • 1 ripe banana medium
  • 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon ground
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Place the Greek yogurt, chocolate whey protein powder, ripe banana, mixed berries, honey or sweetener, and ground cinnamon into the blender.
    2 cups low-fat Greek yogurt, 1 scoop whey protein powder, 1 ripe banana, 1 cup mixed berries, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Add the ice cubes on top.
    1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You may need to pause and scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
  • Divide the smoothie between two glasses and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to swap the Greek yogurt for a dairy-free alternative if needed. Also, the sweetness of this smoothie can be adjusted to taste; add more honey or sweetener if you prefer it sweeter.
