Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • Oil or butter for frying

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs.

  • Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine.

  • Add the salt and butter, and beat until smooth.
    1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Heat a lightly oiled non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
    Oil or butter for frying
  • Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan, tilting the pan in a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
    2 tablespoons butter
  • Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
  • Serve hot with your favorite sweet or savory fillings.

Notes

You can add a bit of sugar to the batter if you're making sweet crepes.
