Notes

Q: Can I use regular lemons instead of Meyer lemons?
A: While regular lemons can be used in a pinch, Meyer lemons have a sweeter and less tart flavor, which complements the margarita's overall taste.
Q: Can I make this margarita ahead of time?
A: Yes, you can make the simple syrup and juice the lemons ahead of time. However, it is best to mix the cocktails right before serving to ensure the freshest taste.
Q: Should I use fresh or dried rosemary?
A: Fresh rosemary is recommended for this recipe as its oils help infuse the margarita with its unique flavor. Dried rosemary may result in a weaker taste.
