Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Meanwhile, line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
In your large mixing bowl, combine the popped popcorn kernels, gluten-free rolled oats, shredded coconut, and chopped almonds. Mix these ingredients until well combined.

In a separate small mixing bowl, add the melted coconut oil, brown sugar, pure maple syrup, peanut butter, and ground cinnamon. Stir these ingredients together until you get a smooth mixture.

Gradually pour this wet mixture into the large bowl containing popcorn, oats, coconut, and almonds. Stir thoroughly to ensure all dry ingredients are well coated with the wet mixture.
Transfer the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet, spreading it out evenly.
Bake in your preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the mixture turns golden brown. Remember to stir the granola halfway through the baking time to ensure an even bake.
Once done, remove the granola from the oven and let it cool slightly. Stir in the raisins or your preferred dried fruit at this stage.
