Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 scoop protein powder vanilla, plant-based
  • 2 bananas ripe
  • 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups spinach fresh
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Place the almond milk, plant-based protein powder, ripe bananas, strawberries, and fresh spinach into the blender.
    2 cups almond milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 2 bananas, 1 cup strawberries, 2 cups spinach
  • Add chia seeds and ice cubes on top.
    1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You may need to pause and scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
  • Divide the smoothie between two glasses and enjoy immediately!

Notes

This recipe is highly adaptable; you can substitute any other non-dairy milk for almond milk or use your preferred plant-based protein powder. The chia seeds add extra fiber and omega-3s but can be omitted if not available.
